Refund Policy
FBI Channeling is a non-refundable service. If your fingerprints are rejected; please contact us immediately. In the event of a rejection, we will allow one free resubmission of your fingerprints to the FBI. If your second set of fingerprints is rejected, you will need to pay for a third submission. A rejection of your fingerprints that is considered by FBI result (i.e. bad prints, illegible prints) does not make you eligible for a refund. FINRA submissions are Non-Refundable Fingerprint Cards and Service is Non-Refundable FDLE Livescan Submissions are Non-Refundable Service Capture & Archiving is A Non-Refundable Service. ATF Livescan Service is a non-refundable service.

Miami Beach Live Scan Fingerprinting offers a full service to redo the process if your apostille documents are lost, stolen, or damaged by a third party. It's important to note that this will result in additional processing time. While the fee for the service is non-refundable, we will redo the entire process for you. Fingerprinting Archive Service Disclosure
Miami Beach Livescan Fingerprinting offers an archiving service for clients' fingerprint cards, ensuring the storage and preservation of their files for a specified period. Clients have the flexibility to choose the timeframe for which their files will be maintained in our database. It is important to note that clients are responsible for renewing their archive file 30 days prior to the expiration date. Failure to renew within this timeframe will result in the deletion of the file from our database. To ensure continuous access to their archived fingerprint cards, clients can conveniently renew the fingerprint archiving service at any time before the expiration date.
